HOW IT WORKS

Data Collection
Collect financial transactions data related to Income & expenses through receipts, vendors bills invoices, bank statements & other relevant documents.

Implementation of Accounting Software
Discuss different accounting software like QBO, Xero, Zoho and implementation of one software desired by client. We familiarize ourselves about the client’s nature of business and create customized chart of accounts to ensure proper categorization of transactions.

Recording Transactions
Ensure all the financial transactions to be accurately categorized in the relevant head of account

Reconciliations
Perform necessary reconciliations like Payable & Receivable ledgers reconciliation with the related parties and reconcile bank statement with the accounting record to ensure nothing is missed out and to identity any discrepancy.

Financial Reporting
Preparation of complete set of financial statements ranging from Income Statement, Statement of Comprehensive Income, Statement of Financial position, Cashflows & Statement of Changes in Equity as per applicable Accounting standards (IFRS, IAS) & by applying proper cut-off procedures to finalize the business outlook at certain point of time

Filing Tax Returns
Preparing tax computations and filing Corporation Tax (CT600) returns and filing of VAT quarterly returns.
